After booking, you receive a welcome video from me. Before the consultation, Leise, from our team, talks with you by phone or message, in a relaxed chat, to learn your story and prepare your arrival.
The day before, the team confirms your time. Write down your questions and bring someone you trust.
For those who live outside BH and for International Plastic patients, there is the online consultation, 30 to 40 minutes, by video and photos. It speeds up the process: I get to know you, understand what you are looking for, do a dynamic assessment and explain the plan.
You leave with the plan for your transformation. You do not need to decide on the day: Leise follows up after the consultation to hear your story and answer your questions.
If you have surgery, the consultation fee is deducted from the final quote.
After you confirm the plan, you complete the full pre-operative check-up and, 2 to 4 weeks before surgery, talk with Dra. Diana Matoso, the anesthesiologist.
After surgery, follow-ups are at 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year, with physiotherapy and lymphatic drainage.
